1) White noise needs to be louder and playing over the action until the girl turns off the switch.
2) At 1.01 the flashback needs to be clearer, fade say to white then show the flashback without any dissolve so the audience begin to get the back story...and heighten the white noise here...then fade black to white. At present the flashback is too short to make an impact. 3) When Ellie puts her earphones on turn up the noise so that it blasts the audience!
These are suggestions to make impact and heighten tension.

Excellent just cut the sound track before the lighter notes come in at the end. Also if you can make the transition to the flashback when the man is wiping the girl's face a little clearer that would be good.
